The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong is collaborating with Graff Diamonds to provide guests with the unique experience of having lunch and tea among some of the most beautiful jewels in the world. For about $10,880 HK for two, guests will eat cuisine prepared by Ritz-Carlton chef Peter Find. Nearby will be a  a trunk that showcases handcrafted Graff jewelry, and the guests can try on and appreciate the exquisite jewelry during tea time. The Ritz-Carlton reports that there will be hundreds of carats on display in the handmade trunk.

This incredible tea will include delicacies like Osetra caviar, foie gras apple, smoked salmon rose, black truffles, vanilla panna cotta and other options. Fine beverages,  2004 Louis Roederer Cristal Brut and Chauteau d’yquem Sauterne will be paired with the cuisine. Guests will be served loose-leaf tea on Vera Wang china.
