Organizers have been busy selling property on the islands. The eco theme park will also be home to a beach club with water activities, Love Island, a wedding destination, and a water park. The villas  are in development, but here’s what here’s what the developers envision for them.

Aqua Villa is comprised of 108 two-story four-bedroom residences set out in the sea. The glass sliding doors can be opened from the living room to allow the villa to be opened out towards the ocean. Each villa has a circular stairway and a basement, with views of your own underwater garden.

Breeze Villas are one-bedroom villas, are the cute villas with grassy  yards and ocean views. Residents will get their own sundecks, and the kids will have a place to play. Residents here can experience nature while being part of a community. There is a Club House a short walk away from the villas. There are 50 units in this community; they range from 1,036 square feet to 1,385 square feet.

Corallium Villa has over-water villas with a private marina. These villas are designed for people who love the water.

These luxurious villas are designed with privacy in mind. They are constructed with a combination of wood and stone and have great views of the beach and the sea.

The Cove is an 180 three unit apartment style buildings on Funtasy Island. The units include satellite TV and wireless internet. Rooms have large bathrooms with windows that provide a view of tropical gardens.

These three-bedroom bungalows are surrounded by greenery. These modern buildings provide access to provide housekeeper as needed. There are 12 bungalows on Funtasy Island and they range between 4,000 and 5,178 square feet.

Capraia Residences are townhouses with one or two bedrooms. The villas include an infinity pool and a gym.
