Organizers have been busy selling property on the islands. The eco theme park will also be home to a beach club with water activities, Love Island, a wedding destination, and a water park. The villas  are in development, but here’s what here’s what the developers envision for them.

Aqua Villa is comprised of 108 two-story four-bedroom residences set out in the sea. The glass sliding doors can be opened from the living room to allow the villa to be opened out towards the ocean. Each villa has a circular stairway and a basement, with views of your own underwater garden.

Breeze Villas are one-bedroom villas, are the cute villas with grassy  yards and ocean views. Residents will get their own sundecks, and the kids will have a place to play. Residents here can experience nature while being part of a community. There is a Club House a short walk away from the villas. There are 50 units in this community; they range from 1,036 square feet to 1,385 square feet.

Corallium Villa has over-water villas with a private marina. These villas are designed for people who love the water.

These luxurious villas are designed with privacy in mind. They are constructed with a combination of wood and stone and have great views of the beach and the sea.

The Cove is an 180 three unit apartment style buildings on Funtasy Island. The units include satellite TV and wireless internet. Rooms have large bathrooms with windows that provide a view of tropical gardens.

These three-bedroom bungalows are surrounded by greenery. These modern buildings provide access to provide housekeeper as needed. There are 12 bungalows on Funtasy Island and they range between 4,000 and 5,178 square feet.

A villa community, retail stores, conventions center, dining facilities and hotel are anticipated for the island. The facilities are still in various stages of the development and building process. Meanwhile, preparations for the largest Eco Theme Park in the world have moved forward. In June Funtasy Island developers signed an agreement with Seven Seas Funtasy Venture Ltd for the theme park and announced the attractions planned for the park.

The attractions will include Avatar Habit, an area in which visitors can interact with various birds from parrots to birds of prey, a section of the park called Rain Forest Paradise will allow guests to experience the beauty of the rain forest’s plant life and animals. While in the Funtasy Island rain forest, visitors can head over to the Simia Adventure area to see the monkeys that live there.

The largest Eco Theme park in the world is planned to have a mangrove safari boat ride, a family-friendly ride through the mangroves on the property. There will also be areas for swimming with the dolphins or watching the sea creatures at Funtasy Island. Aquariums and a dolphin sanctuary are also planned for the park.

Funtasy Island, the world’s largest eco theme park will open near Sentosa Cove in Singapore before the end of the year. The entire project includes a water park, beach club, wave promenade and love island, an area set aside for island weddings. A glass wedding chapel is planned for the ceremonies, and the island will be able to hold up to 1,000 guests for the proceedings. A special events facility with typical AV equipment (LCD projector, screen, wired and wireless internet access)  is planned for the resort

Guests to the Funtasy Island have their choice of staying at the hotel, a 250-room  or in resort residences. Rooms in the hotel will range from 400 square feet to 1,000-square foot premiere rooms. All rooms will have timber floors, DVD players, and wireless internet access. Deep soaking tubs and separate showers are planned for the bathrooms in the hotel. Guests will have views of a private tropical garden, a pool, and of the ocean.

The over-the-water villas in an area called the Corallium villa will be the first accommodations to be completed. These two-room, two storey villas are designed with wide-open spaces in mind. Each villa includes the use of a housekeeper who will be available upon the request of the resort’s guests. While the Corallium villas are 1,900 square feet, the Forest Bungalows range from 3,998 square feet to 5,178 square feet. Prices for the villas start at $280 per night and up. By the way, Funtasy Island is also selling residences, and the villas in Phase 1 are sold out.

The world’s largest eco theme park is scheduled to open in 2014 in the Riau Islands in Indonesia. Called Funtansy Island, the theme park will have a recreation area, hotel suites, villas and dining establishments. The island’s resort development include a 230-room suite hotel, a condotel with 200 rooms and over 400-rooms in villas.  This gated island, will be the first of its kind in the world. Travelers will be able to access the theme park via a yacht or a ferry from the Harbourfront ferry terminal, and the theme park itself is located between Batam and Singapore. About 70 percent of the island will be used as a nature sanctuary. Other activities on the island’s theme park include nature walks, and aquaculture tours. Funtansy Land, when completed, will be located in the vicinity of other theme parks, including Resorts World, Marina Bay Sands, Universal Studios, and Orchard Road. Meritus Hotels & Resorts will manage this development.
