Some of the routes are daily, others are two times daily, and some are less frequent, two or three times a week. According to Air Canada, Air Canada Express, Air Canada Rouge, and Air Canada Mainline are the carriers for the flights. Not all of the routes are year-round.

Air Canada is the only four-star international network carrier in North America. Flights have in-flight entertainment, which includes 150 movies in at least 20 languages. more than 200 television shows, audio books and podcasts, and more than 100 albums. Seats have USB ports and power stations for charging devices.

The airlines recently added new Boeing 787s to its fleet. These planes have upgraded entertainment services, touchscreens and video on-demand, audio on demand, a meal menu app, a shopping app, games, and a moving map.

Seating on Air Canada consists of International Business Class (Europe, Asian, Asian South Pacific, and South America), Business Class (North America and Caribbean) Premium Economy Class, International Economy Class, and Economy Class.

Over the next few years, United plans to invest over $100 million in club lounges. A United Airlines Club Lounge is planned to open on November 18th in San Francisco. At over 6,000 square feet, it’s larger than Atlanta’s lounge, which is over 5,000 square feet. The San Francisco lounge can seat 130 people and has a view of the airport’s operations, according to United Airlines.

Complimentary food options in the San Francisco Lounge provide travelers with fresh vegetables, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, spinach salad, and squash soup. Meat-lovers can taste various meats and cheeses.

Club members can find the San Francisco United Airlines Club Lounge in the San Francisco International Airport’s Terminal 3 East Concourse. The existing United Airline Club Lounges will continue to operate in Terminal 3, Concourse F and in International Terminal G.

Keeping their busy, technologically connected travelers in mind, United Airlines has arranged for the new lounges to have comfortable sitting areas, workstations, and plenty of outlets for plugging in and recharging. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Other lounges are planned for airports in its entire network. Renovations in Chicago’s O’Hare Airport, Los Angeles, Fort Lauderdale, New York/Newark, Guam, and Dallas-Fort Worth airports will be underway in 2016.

You’ll need at least 25,000 air miles to travel round-trip across the states. Since it costs $500 for 25,000 miles at 2 cents a mile, and you can get better deals by purchasing the tickets outright.

According to The MileageClub.com, you can get better deals using air miles when traveling abroad, especially of you are traveling in business class or first class. Maybe you already have a good amount built up, and you need a few thousand more for your travel plans.

The uber luxurious A380 from  Etihad Airways is equipped with Residence by Etihad’s lush three-room suite in the air. For now, Etihad Airways is offering two daily flights from New York to Dubai, one of those flights is on the A380.  Residence by Etihad’s three-room suite has a separate living room, bathroom, and a bedroom, complete with a double bed.

The living room has a 32″ flat-screen monitor, and there’s another 24″ monitor in the bedroom. The large three-room in-flight suite comes with a butler for Etihad’s well-heeled guests.

The luxury doesn’t end. The A380 has something for the other passengers who value luxury. The aircraft has nine First Apartments, large private sitting areas with Poltrona Frau leather lounge chairs and ottomans for passengers in the first class suite. Each ottoman expands into a flat-bed.

For business class passengers, there are 70 business suites with expandable seating, which can transform into flatbeds.  Passengers can experience the adjustable massage seats in business class.

Economy class passengers get seats with ergonomic headrests and lumbar support. The big change in the economy class is the technological advances. Hundreds of streaming movies, a separate touchscreen which can be used for gaming or watching the in-flight graphic map.
