Chef Philippe Leveille will be the guest chef at JoJo Restaurant in the St. Regis in Bangkok in Thailand from 29th March until 1st April 2016.
Awarded two Michelin stars since the year 2001, Chef Philippe Leveille has certainly mastered his well-known skill of perfectly combining French cooking techniques with traditional Italian flare. A whirlwind of travels across the globe has meant working in top restaurants within cities like New York, Paris, Monte Carlo, and Martinique. After many years, he finally settled into his own Italian restaurant, Miramonti L’altro located in Brescia, where he continues to amaze and satisfy the culinary needs of his guests through his many authentic Italian delicacies. Chef Philippe Leveille will undoubtedly continue on to make this legacy of his even more widespread and influence both food lovers and critics throughout many parts of the world.
