Crystal Cruises

Conde Nast listed Crystal Cruise Line as the best cruise line among all cruises on the Conde Nast’s 2013 Gold List. This luxury cruise line takes guests on voyages to the British Isles, Mediterranean, Western Europe, Africa, Asia, the Caribbean and other destinations.  World travelers can take a Crystal Cruise World Tour.

It’s obvious that most passengers are happy and experience world-class service and a beautiful environment when they choose Crystal. The cruise line completed  renovations of over $100 million on its ships, the Crystal Symphony and the Crystal Serenity. The renovations were part of a five-year plan to take the ships to the next level.  Crystal also upgraded some of its  services to passengers. Some of the renovations included a makeover to the Saloon Avenue, an updated sound system and marble floors in Crystal’s Symphony ship. The Symphony underwent at $15 million renovation.

Crystal wrapped up Serenity’s makeover  last May. The renovations encompassed the staterooms, many of the public indoor areas, and the outdoor areas. The pool deck was also included in the renovations. In its brochure explaining the renovations, Crystal listed an extensive list of amenities, such as golf clinics with professional instructors, spinning, yoga,  Pilates classes and a modern fitness center. The luxury cruise line has 24 hour room service, wine, champagne, and eight places to dine on board. Crystal’s guests are entertained with live shows and  numerous entertainment options that have earned the line awards. For the Conde Nast Gold List Crystal earned a score of a 97.7 for service, a score of 96.5 for its food, and a score of 96.4 for its design. The line’s scores topped Crystal’s previous years’ scores from the last seven years.

According to Crystal, the line earned Best in the World acknowledgements more times than any other cruise line or hotel. The honors awarded to Crystal has made the line one of the most celebrated in the world. In 2012, Crystal took home 24 awards from various trade magazines, consumer publications, and industry experts in-the-know.
