Where did the Real Housewives of the Potomac have their burlesque birthday dinner? Where did Katie Rost and her beau lunch in Potomac? Find out here.

The Real Housewives of Potomac aired for the first time on January 17, 2016 on Bravo. The new Housewives reality TV show follows a group of women who are in the social scene in the Potomac area in Maryland. The Potomac is in Montgomery County, and according to Bravo TV it has a population of about 45,000 people.

Two Potomac hangouts were included in the first episode. Katie Rost and her boyfriend went to MIX Bar and Grille for lunch. The main menu at MIX includes rainbow trout milanese, pan roasted salmon, buttermilk fried chicken. Specialties include: Chinese braised beef shortribs, pan roasted half chicken, and New York strip steak frites.

We were told this was the taster's "best short ribs of my life!"

For the birthday that was featured on the show, the Real Housewives of Potomac were at Sax Restaurant in Washington, DC. for Karen Huger’s birthday. The Housewives were sitting in a booth at the Sax Restaurant when Karen felt slighted. Gizelle Bryant sat in the middle, where Karen wanted to sit. Sax Restaurant has family-friendly burlesques shows and Cirque-style shows on Fridays. Sax Restaurant was the location for the Real Housewives of Potomac premiere viewing parting, too.
