Wynn Hotel and Resort Las Vegas is adding 75,000 square feet of luxury retail space off of Las Vegas Blvd. The project is scheduled to be completed in the fall of 2017. The planned shopping plaza will expand Wynn’s current high-end shopping venues.

Wynn Hotel and Resort and adjacent Encore Hotel are home to Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Hermès, Loro Piana, Moncler, Prada, Alexander McQueen and Givenchy. Once the shopping plaza is completed, the space total retail space will be expanded to 173,500 square feet.

The two-story plaza will have plenty of natural light and space. At the top of the plaza, a large skylight is planned. Steve Wynn and architect Roger Thomas of  DeRuyter Butler. Thomas is the president of architecture at the company and is listed as a top 100 architect.
