Holland-America Line, a division of Carnival Cruises, earned awards for the ms Maasdam in Cruise Critic’s 2016 Cruise Critic Cruisers’ Choice Awards. The ship earned awards for the Best Overall Cruise Ship.
The ms Maasdam also earned recognition as the Best Embarkation and Best Cruise Ship Value. Other Holland Cruises that earned awards are the ms Eurodam, ms Nieuw Amsterdam, ms Noordam, ms Oosterdam and ms Westerdam, which ranked in the the top five for various categories. The cruise line earned 23 top-five awards and 51 awards in the top 10.
The ms. Maadam earned six awards in the top five, including: Best Dining Service (second place) Best Cabins (third place) Best Entertainment (fourth place) Best Public Rooms (fourth place).
