Episodes 2 and 3 in Season 3 of the reality TV show, Tamar & Vince featured Tamar Braxton, husband Vince Herbert and friends: Terrell Mullin,  his boyfriend, Ben Thomas, and LaShawn and April Daniels on vacation in a luxury villa in Los Cabos, Mexico.

The villa is in a gorgeous community, has an ocean view, an impressive infinity pool and a spa. Inside, Tamar and Vince’s Los Cabos villa was  also incredibly immense.

Tamar Got Her Life at a Delmar Villa in Los Cabos

Los Cabos is teeming is beautiful villas, ranging from small intimate villas, suitable for couples, to larger, glamorous villas like the one which was chosen to be aired on the show. Where was Tamar and Vince’s Los Cabos Villa? Tamar & Vince and their friends had their couples retreat in a 5 bedroom luxury villa in the Delmar Resort Communities in Los Cabos. It has a gourmet kitchen, and a large living room which opens out to the patio/pool area. All of the rooms have clean, modern decor with neutral colors, and the  master bedroom has an ocean view.

In addition to the private  pool and spa, Tamar and Vince’s Los Cabos villa has an outdoor fireplace, fire pit and grill. The outdoor area alone is 2,300 square feet with a dining area accommodating up to 12 people. The interior is about 5,500 square feet with a dining area for about 10 people.

Delmar’s luxury villas include a butler and a private chef. The butler is available 24 hour a day, and his responsibilities include keeping the refrigerator stocked with groceries and arranging activities for guests. The private chef provides breakfast and lunch for guests. Dinner is available at an additional cost. Remember when LaShawn Daniels chased Vince down the street on that golf cart and the two men joked with each other after the carts collided? Well, both golf carts were provided as an amenity to guests staying in Villas Delmar. It looked like the guys were in an open neighborhood, but Tamar and Vince’s Los Cabos villa was actually in a gated community, protected  with roaming security personnel and a central security station where the community’s many security cameras are monitored. On the show, it was difficult to figure out if Tamar’s group was  in a private upscale home or in a resort. Tamar, Vince and their guests were accommodated in a ritzy resort community with all of the bells and whistles. The villa community has a beach club called Club 96, which is a short walk or ride away from most of the villas. Club 96 has 3 pools, a grill, and an area for fine dining. It’s on the shore of a safe area of one of the designated areas for swimming. Equipment for water sports are available through Club 96.

Tamar & Vince rode jet skis in the villa community, but their friend LaShawn, who is also a Grammy-Award winning song writer, was too afraid to get in the water. A catamaran, spa, and onsite fitness center are also in the community; fans can probably recall, Tamar and her friends opted for having a couple’s yoga class at their rental villa.

Tamar and Vince’s Los Cabos villa was  Villa #498, according to a Delmar, Los Cabos representative. They were on the property for four days in August. Villa #498 rents for $4,000 to $7,000 a day, and during the holiday seasons, there is a 10-day minimum.
