Here’s the Resort Paradise for Braxton Family Values in Jamaica

Toni Braxton invited her sisters to her performance in Jamaica, so the cast from Braxton Family Values lived it up in Montego Bay in an episode called Jamaican Me Crazy that aired on August 28, 2014. Toni performed at the 2014 Jamaica Jazz and Blues Festival. Trina and Towanda sung background for her, and Trina performed her party, single too.

All of the women were in attendance for the trip, including Braxton Mom, Ms. Evelyn. Tamar brought Vince and Logan along, although they were not really seen much in the episode.

The resort where the Braxton ladies stayed is an all-inclusive adults-only resort called Secrets Wild Orchid Montego Bay. In the opening scene, Trina and Traci had some cold alcoholic beverages delivered to them by a butler who bravely got into their swim-up pool to hand them their drinks. All the time, he was wearing a formal uniform.

This AAA four diamond resort has 24 hour room service and 350 suites with either a king-sized bed or two queen-sized beds. Secrets Wild Orchids has an on-site spa, Secrets Spa by Pevonia, seven restaurants, and a theater for live entertainment. Free breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks are a part of the Unlimited Luxury Inclusive package at the Secrets Wild Orchids. The resort is located about 15 minutes away from the Montego Bay International Airport.

 

 

 

The suites have either a furnished balcony or a furnished patio like the one pictured above in this swim up suite. Do you imagine sitting near the pool or on the beach while someone keeps you stocked with cold beverages? Well, both poolside wait service and beach wait service are part of the inclusive package at the resort.

 

This bathroom is in a junior suite at the Wild Orchid in Montego Bay. The deep soaking tub looks very inviting.

 

In one of the funny scenes in this Braxton Family Values episode, the Braxton sisters played a little game of puff, puff, pass with marijuana. Yes. It was surprising that they actually allowed themselves to be filmed smoking, but they were in Jamaica, so maybe they wouldn’t have any later consequences. They were trying to hide from Ms. Evelyn and Vince, so I’m wondering what they had to say when they saw this episode.  In addition to sampling the local herb, the Braxton Family Values ladies went parasailing. So, we learned that Tamar is really afraid of heights, and although she might not always see eye-to-eye with Towanda, she feels more secure with her sister around during a scary time. For all guests at the Wild Orchid, access to watersports are available, and the resort has a catamaran that guests can use at an additional fee.
