In Tokyo, the Keio Plaza Hotel’s strawberry dessert buffet is a celebration of the arrival of spring. More than 30 types of desserts like strawberry shortcakes, tarts, and strawberry sangria compote. During  the months leading up to spring the hotel’s patissiers will create themed deserts. Easter desserts will be on the menu for March and cherry blossom Sakura desserts are planned for April.
