Hyatt Hotels Cooperation and McGough Development recently announced the opening of the Hyatt Regency Bloomington-Minneapolis near the Mall of America. The contemporary 303-room hotel is located in a mixed-used building. The hotel offers guests a location near a park and outside areas for eating and entertaining. Guests can walk through the nearby park to get to a light rail system for transportation to other areas.

Rooms feature 55-inch HDTV televisions with connections to plug in personal devices. Hyatt Grand Beds® are available in all rooms and suites. Free wi-fi. There are 14 Regency Club® suites in the Hyatt Regency Bloomington-Minneapolis, and guests who choose them can have access to the Regency Club Lounge which has free breakfast and beverages.

Guests at the Hyatt Regency Bloomington-Minneapolis has dining options like the Urbana Craeft Kitchen & Market, restaurant under the guidance of Chef Chef Paul Lynch, who locally sources ingredients for the meals at the restaurant.

Also at the Hyatt is the Market. The Market is a store where guests can purchase grab and go foods to take back to their rooms, to eat in the park, to eat on the hotel’s patio, or for meals on-the-go when exploring the surrounding area.
