If-you-reject-the-food2-21-2015

If you are not going to travel with an open mind, you might as well not travel at home. I have spoken to people who refuse to travel and try the local food. They are missing out on eating something that they might later find scrumptious.

It’s important to be open to new experiences when you travel, and that goes for both traveling abroad as well as in your own hometown. Not only is it disrespectful to other people when you are narrow-minded, you are doing yourself a disservice. You stunt your own growth when you refuse to acknowledge, experience, understand and respect differences.
