Hundreds of uniformed Southwest Airlines pilots plan to picket on Wednesday from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Orleans Hotel and Casino, located at 4500 W. Tropicana Ave. in Las Vegas, according to a recent release. The pilots are unhappy with their contract. The pilots have not felt that their contract has been acceptable since 2012.
The Southwest Airlines Pilots’ Association, the organization helping to negotiate the contracts. Based in Dallas represents, the Southwest Airlines Pilots’ Association represents over 8,300 pilots from Southwest Airlines.
