Sky finally went to see Dr. Miami for her plastic surgery, and she was on cloud nine. She took prescription medication before her surgery, so she was feeling a loopy, but clad in her bright pink unicorn pajamas, she was ready to see Dr. Miami on the Dutchess and the Frog, the Black Ink Crew episode that aired at 9 p.m. Eastern on Monday, April 25, 2016 on VH1.
Dr. Miami whose real name is Dr. Michael Salzhauer MD, FACS, is a plastic surgeon at Bal Harbour Plastic Surgery Associates. His services include (but are not limited to) breast augmentations, Brazilian Butt Lifts, tummy tucks, nose jobs, and mommy makeovers.
Sky reiterated that she had kids when she was 14 years old, and her pregnancy altered the shape of her body. She wanted to get plastic surgery to improve her appearance and to help her feel better about herself.
“Sometimes you just want to feel like the sexy girl, “she admitted. “You don’t want to feel like the funny girl.”
“At the end of the day, I am getting this surgery, because I am changing the inside of me. I’m taking this risk, because I just want to be free. I just want to be free,” she said.
All went well with her surgery, and Sky surprised her friends while still recuperating in Miami. She revealed that she received a breast augmentation in addition to a new enlarged butt.
Ceaser heard that Puma had opened his own tattoo shop, Art2Ink. Ceaser was livid and declared a war against Puma. He was nearly in tears in his interview.
“I helped him, yo. He was a [bleep] nobody, yo. And what the [bleep] did I get? A [bleep] try to stab me in the back! Puma was never supposed to do this [bleep] to me. Never!” Ceaser said.
Ceaser revealed that he was planning to relocate the tattoo shop to 125th Street in Harlem. The current Black Ink Shop is about 900 square feet and the new shop will be 2,000 to 2,500 square feet large.
Puma and Quani
Puma wanted Quani to talk to her mother and reassure her that he could take care of his daughter. His mother-in-law complained that her granddaughter shouldn’t be in a tattoo shop around needles and strange people. Quani was tired of trying to be the peace maker between Puma and her mother, and Quani wasn’t getting any peace, because her mother still didn’t like her husband. Quani agreed to talk to her mother, but she wasn’t sure if it would do any good.
Quani had that conversation with her mother, and her mother threatened them all. She told Quani that if anything happened to her little granddaughter, she would come after Puma, Quani and the shop.
Melody worked on a seven years sober tattoo for a friend. In her interview, she revealed that she also had a drug problem in the past. Her parents had problems with drugs, and although she did go to college on a full scholarship, she lost it due to her drug use.
Melody said that her drug abuse was an escape. She always woke up excited about using drugs. Melody admitted that she had crashed cars, fought friends and was taken advantage of sexually because of drug use.
“Now, tattooing is my drug, and it’s what gets me the most excited in life,” she said.
Dutchess and Donna
Dutchess had been acting strangely since she hooked up with Donna. She would not talk to Donna much after their sexual escapade in Miami. Dutchess told Donna not to say anything about their sexual encounter, and Donna agreed.
When the two returned to the shop, Ted asked Donna about the trip.
“It was so good,” Donna said. “We went to the beach. We got drunk. We went out.”
Then Ceaser came in, later, and asked about the trip. Donna told him, basically the same thing that she had told Ted.
“I heard a little other thing happened,” Ceaser said. “I heard you turn into a little tongue rapist when you get drunk.”
He said that Dutchess told him that Dutchess was asleep, and woke up to someone orally assaulting her, and it was Donna. Dutchess had to kick Donna off of her.
Donna was angry that Dutchess had said such a thing, and had this to say:
They were all in the same bed and Dutchess was there, too. Dutchess was wearing a dress without any underwear and they had an encounter.
“I woke up the next morning, and Dutchess was like, Yo, I need to talk to you. I feel like we should keep this between us, because if Ceaser finds out he will be mad at you, because he knows that I don’t do that,” Donna explained
Donna had planned to keep everything a secret, but being accused of a sexual assault irritated her. “We were cool, but now you totally crossed the line,” Donna said in her interview. Then Donna asked Ceaser if he had been talking to Dutchess when she was in Miami. “Wasn’t her phone broke?” he asked.
“Her phone was broke,” Donna replied. “She had another phone, though.” What the f___ is she talking about? I live with Dutchess and didn’t know that she has a second phone,” Ceaser said in his interview.
Donna decided to tell Ceaser what his dedicated girlfriend had been doing. She explained that Dutchess was talking to someone for about three hours.
Donna told Ceaser that first Dutchess said that she had lost her wedding ring when she was drunk and then something about a frog eating it. Actually, Dutchess said a frog jumped on her, she panicked and lost her ring.
Donna didn’t stop there. She said that Dutchess didn’t wear her wedding ring, while dancing to the song, Single Ladies.
Then Dutchess walked in.
Dutchess said that everything happened unwillingly and that she was taken advantage of. Then Donna said that Dutchess lets her touch her all the time, anywhere she wants. Soon, a verbal argument started, but there was no conclusion. There will be more about this incident in next week’s episode.
