Spa Finder ranked the top wellness resorts in the world and the Farm at San Benito, a resort which was featured on the Real Housewives of Atlanta came out on top among resorts in the Philippines. The resort won the 2015 Wellness Travel Awards representing the Philippines.

The 2015 Wellness Travel Awards also included winners from each continent, as well as each country. Como Shambhala Estate in Bali, Indonesia was the best wellness resort in Asia. Thalaspa Henri Chenot at Lion in the Sun in Malindi, Kenya won top honors for wellness resorts in Africa.

Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat in Queensland, Australia is the best wellness resort on the list for Australia/New Zealand. SHA Wellness Clinic

Gramado in Brazil was the best in South America. Canyon Ranch in Tucson Arizona, United States was the top wellness spa resort in North America.
