Rasheeda Frost’s store, Pressed ATL has a diverse selection of clothes, from casual-cute outfits to hang around the neighborhood, to show-stopping outfits that would look just as good when worn, professionally on the stage as they would look on the dance floor. The clothes were made of good quality material. The items that I saw were well constructed.
The selection includes shoes, like the ones that you’ve seen Rasheeda wear on Love and Hip Hop Atlanta, jewelry, and Rasheeda’s make-up line, Poiz. When I was there, I was into the lip gloss samples. The Magic Matte Lipgloss, had a couple of colors that I liked, but I really liked the color, gorgeous.
Rasheeda has glosses that actually stays put when you put them on. They are matte glosses. They stay on so well, that the sweet saleswoman who helped me, suggested that I have the nearby tissues in hand to wipe the gloss of of my hand immediately.
While in the store I was surprised to see both Rasheeda and Kirk Frost. Rasheeda was speaking to customers. She is a very approachable person, and is just as beautiful in person as she is on Love and Hip Hop ATL. I couldn’t believe that she wasn’t being mobbed by fans who wanted pictures, but then I saw the sign in the store, forbidding cameras and videos. People also were probably on their best behavior in the upscale make where Pressed Boutique is located.
The boutique was full of people, but it wasn’t packed. The crowds seemed to come inside in waves. Sometimes it was empty, and then a few minutes later a few groups of people would come inside. There was a line at the make-up counter when I arrived, but soon all of the people i the line were served and I had the small lip color counter to myself.
