The Bachelorette headed to Buenos Aires in Week 5, in Season 6, which aired at 8 p.m. Eastern Time on June 27, 2016. The group stayed at the Alvear Palace Hotel.

Wells had the first one on one with JoJo in Argentina. His date card said, besa me, which means kiss me is Spanish. On their date, JoJo and Wells went to Fuerza Bruta,  where they were allowed to spend time in a lit suspended pool where they were told to play a little bit. While lying close together in the pool, Wells leaned over and gave JoJo a kiss. At dinner, Wells was skeptical of the show and their feelings for each other, and JoJo wasn’t sure if she had the time to break down his walls, and make him feel comfortable enough to open up. She did not give him a rose.

This is important. This isn’t a decision that you can take lightly. You deserve to find true love, and I hope that you find it.

WELLS

The next day five of the guys, Alex, James Taylor, Robby, Luke, and Jordan went on a group in the La Boca district in Argentina.

THE BACHELORETTE - "Episode 1206" - JoJo and the eight remaining men move on to the beauty and history of Argentina's exciting capitol, Buenos Aires. The Bachelorette hopes to get things back on track this week and make progress with some relationships, but for the first time in franchise history, there will be a second two-on-one date. Wells takes a romantic walk through the city with JoJo and they have the opportunity to participate in a performance art piece, "Fuerza Bruta," which will hopefully ignite their passion. JoJo escorts five men for a day of fun in the La Boca neighborhood of the capitol, but it ends with tempers flaring as the competition intensifies. Chase and Derek, two of JoJo's favorite bachelors, are the unlucky guys going on the two-on-one date. The guys aren't the only ones who are anxious. JoJo stuns the remaining men by suddenly leaving the rose ceremony, on "The Bachelorette," MONDAY, JUNE 27 (8:00-10:01p.m. EDT), on the ABC Television Network. They played a game with some local guys, and James Taylor won the game and got a kiss from JoJo. James got the group date rose. Looking around at his competitors, he admitted that he was not the sexiest guy in the house, but he could give JoJo stability and a person who she could trust.

It wasn’t hard to see that JoJo has an intense physical attraction towards Luke, but she revealed that she was feeling an emotional attraction, too. They shared a passionate kiss together during the group date.  Meanwhile, James T. had some serious reservations about another bachelor, so spoke to JoJo about Jordan. He told  JoJo that Jordan acts like he is a celebrity and behaves as though he is entitled and no one can disagree with him. JoJo said that she would pay attention to what James said about Jordan. “You are just great,” JoJo told James T, after their talk.

James has all these qualities that make for an amazing life partner. He’s happy and positive and kind. And he’s being protective of me. He’s looking out for me. He kind of puts it out there that maybe there’s a side of Jordan I don’t know and that worries me.

Jordan and James T. spoke because Jodo went right back and told Jordon what James T. had said, so naturally, Jordan wanted to confront James T.  James had mentioned that Jordan acted as though he was entitled Jordan denied that he acted that he was entitled in any way, but when Jordan asked James if he’d told JoJo that he acted as though he was entitled, James didn’t exactly say, “yes” and admit it.

Next, Derek and Chase had a two-on-one date with JoJo. There date included a dance class. So, they learned the tango and did a three-person tango that told the story of a woman caught between two men. She really felt passion and intensity with Derek.

When they talked to each other one-on-one, Chase had this to say:

CHASE

I came here for a reason and that reason is you. The reason is to be with you. The reason is to leave with you. I know that that is exactly what I want, and I’m not going to stop until I do.

Chase

Chase got the rose and Derek was sent home.

I didn’t think this would happen. Obviously Chase is more of the type of person that she’s looking for. I wasn’t enough. I thought I was. I’m not. I’m Derek, and Derek isn’t perfect.

DEREK

As JoJo continued the date with Chase, Soledad Pastorutti serenaded them. Derek cried in the car as Soledad sung the line “Don’t Cry for Me Argentina”.

For the rose ceremony, JoJo had three roses to give out. So, Robby and  Jordan got roses, and she had to make a choice between James Taylor and Alex.

JoJo couldn’t make a decision. She ran out of the room and spoke to Chris. She told him that she didn’t want to give out the final rose, so she gave them both roses. There were six guys left.

Alex wasn’t happy about getting a rose the way they did.
