The Farmhouse Inn, a boutique hotel in Sonoma, California was voted as the best hotel in the state of California by Travel and Leisure magazine. With just 25 rooms and suites, this intimate hotel was on a list of the best hotels in every state.
Last year, in 2015, it was listed as the eighth Best Hotel in the World by Travel and Leisure readers.
The family-owned hotel, owned by siblings Joe and Catherine Bartolomei, also has the honor of having a Michelin-starred restaurant. Guests can relax and eat well at the hotel’s farm to table spa or exercise and ease tense muscles at the Farmhouse Inn’s seasonal pool and hot tub.
